  1. If the adjuster is not moving, try cleaning the bands with silicone oil. Regular cleaning is an easy way to keep your Gear 1 in great condition and keep the adjusters moving smoothly.

  2. If that does not work, or the adjuster broke in some way, please contact our support team.
